Gravitas LEGO Enthusiasts! Get ready to unleash your creativity with LEGOs in the most exciting house challenge of the year: The Gravitas Brickmaster Challenge! This is your chance to show us what you’ve learned about love from the Gravitas Character Formation Program in the most imaginative, colorful, and fun way possible.

What’s the Challenge? 🤔

Build something amazing out of LEGOs that represents our current Gravitas virtue: Love. It can be anything – a scene, a structure, a story, or a unique creation that symbolizes love as it has been described in the Character Formation Program.

How Can I Participate? 📝

• Build It: Create your LEGO masterpiece at home.
• Capture It: Take photos or a cool stop-motion video from various angles to show off your creation.
• Describe It: Write a description or record a video explaining your model and how it represents love.
• Submit It: Send your photos/videos and description to sean.riley@sbs.org by January 8th.

Scoring Rubric (Total: 100 Points) 📊

• Creativity (20 Points): How original and imaginative is your creation?
• Theme Illustration – Love (20 Points): How well does your model represent the theme of love?
• Memorable Story (15 Points): Does your creation tell a story that’s engaging and memorable?
• Interesting Characters (15 Points): Are there characters in your creation? How intriguing are they?
• Building Technique (15 Points): How skillful and complex is your building technique?
• Aesthetics (15 Points): How visually appealing is your creation?

Prizes 🏆

• 1st Place: 500 House Points
• 2nd Place: 300 House Points
• 3rd Place: 100 House Points
• 4th Place: 50 House Points
• All valid entries scoring 50+: 25 House Points

• One submission per student.
• Unlimited submissions per house.
• Judging will be done by non-Gravitas LEGO experts.
