Unlike almost every other online school, Gravitas has a campus, and a beautiful one at that! The Stony Brook School campus is situated on 55-acres within walking distance to the Long Island Sound. The Stony Brook Train Station is located just across Rt. 25A from our campus, so getting here is easy.

Campus Summits

During Mini-Course Weeks, Gravitas students are invited to participate in Gravitas Campus Summits, four-day programs that include campus mini-courses and a lecture series on an exciting and important theme.

• Spring 2025 Campus Summit - April 14-17

Campus summits come at an additional fee to support room, board, and program expenses.

Summer Boarding Experience

Starting in the summer of 2025, Gravitas will offer summer residential programs where you can enjoy the wonders of Long Island while advancing your studies and meeting your peers from around the world.

Off Campus Events

In addition to on campus events, Gravitas organizes events and meetups off campus, including visits to NYC attractions for students and gatherings and fundraisers for parents. Students interested in participating in travel courses can check out our travel courses page!
